Madhhurima is an Indian film actress. Following appearances in various television serials, she went on to act in several Telugu films.
Madhhurima was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Madhhurima's father is a mechanical engineer who served in the Indian Navy, before he began working as the General Manager of the largest private shipyard of India. Her mother had been working as researcher in the field of virology and as a content writer for multinational companies and later turned a novelist. Madhhurima has one brother who is four years younger to her. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws with an LLB degree.
Madhhurima has learnt Hindustani classical music and ghazal from her mother and used to sing children songs. She also learnt the classical dancing form Kathak but had to discontinue due to her father's transferable job. While recording a song one day, she was spotted by noted director G. V. Iyer who signed her on for a Hindi television serial Kadambari. She was supposed to play Sita's role in a film adaptation of Ramayana that G. V. Iyer was planning to shoot, however the director died and the project failed to materialize. During her eleventh standard, she acted in further TV serials, including one by K. Balachander, while anchoring in a TV channel as a part time job.
In 2009 Madhhurima appeared in her first Telugu film. She went on to act in three Telugu projects within the next one year, including the female lead role in Vamsy's Saradaga Kasepu and a cameo role in Orange, directed by Bhaskar, and became signed for a Tamil film, Kadamai Kanniyam Kattupadu. A remake of the Hindi film Ab Tak Chhappan, it was later renamed as Eepeeko and is still in production. She is currently also shooting for the Telugu film Shadow.
When I was studying, acting was my hobby and I before acting before my studies. It was my priority to complete my studies so, I successfully completed my LLB. I got my lawyer identity to do my practice only in Maharashtra but I am going to attend Bar Council examination in December this year, where I can get my National Level License for my advocacy. Then I can do my practice from any where. If I want to quit or if I get a break in my acting career then I will get back to my profession as Lawyer. At present I am concentrating on two things one is acting and another one is to get my National Bar council license of advocacy.
When she is 14/15 go to for voice recording studios she had been recording children’s songs. She learnt classical, Hindustani and light music and during childhood,she used to sing children songs. One fine day great director G.V.Iyer spotted in voice recording studio and he gave her a chance to act as a child artist in the Government of India project 'Kadambari'. After 'Kadambari', Iyer, impressed with her work and gave him a certificate that she have a good acting talent. After that she acted in some movies that gave him fame, she acted in K.Bala Chandar’s TV Serial and she also acted as an anchor in a TV channel. When she was in the 3rd year of law studies, a friend suggested to attend an audition for a Hindi film “Toss”, which was being directed by Ramesh Khatkar. She was offered a role of Sherry by Ramesh Khatkar and after consulting his parents, she signed the contract.

Here in Tollywood, after the shooting of “Toss”, when she was waiting for its release, Murthy offered women-oriented lead roles in “Aaa Okkadu”, based on his photographs taken while shooting of “Toss” which were put on the Net by the “Toss” management. She got a chance to prove myself so she accepted the role and became a Telugu star overnight while continuing to law studies. After that she got a chance to work for “Mounaragam” with Ajay and “Saradaga Kasepu”It is third film in Telugu.
